Video Interview

One of our Recruiters will be in touch to arrange an initial video interview with you that will last approximately 30 minutes.

Stage 4

Assessment Day

You will be invited to one of our regional Assessment Days which is usually 9am - 12:30pm. This is an opportunity to meet the Rocksteady Team, find out more about the role and take part in various solo/group activities including a Jam.

Stage 5

Teaching Observation

The final stage of the Recruitment Process is held in schools. This is a chance for us to see you in a teaching environment and for you to experience as close as possible to the day job. You will be sent two videos in advance to prep for your final interview.
